I offer in-person and online sessions, depending on individual needs. Sessions are usually once weekly, for 50 minutes.
I consider the relationship between client and therapist to be very important.
A psychodynamic approach underpins my practice, which is an in-depth and exploratory form of psychological therapy, with a focus on relationship patterns and the unconscious mind.
I integrate cognitive-behavioural therapy, which focuses on the links between thoughts, emotions and behaviour, and the development of coping strategies.
I utilise an innovative technique called Brainspotting, which is a brain-body approach for healing trauma and processing difficult emotions.
Therapy will look different for each individual and their uniqueness.
