I have experience working with individuals struggling with ordinary unhappiness, relationships and identity issues as well as folks suffering with severe mental health issues. I offer a supportive space for people to explore all aspects of being without judgment. My phenomenological approach endeavours to help patients deepen their understanding of how they are in the world, how they relate to others and help to them finding meaning. The process may include reflecting on relationships, patterns of behaviour and the roles they play. Therapy is a process of working out what is serving us and might be getting in the way of a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
