I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, with extensive experience working with adults who face a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem, loss, and life transitions. My integrative approach combines elements of several therapeutic modalities, which allows me to tailor my work to meet the specific needs of each client. My practice is based in West London, and I also offer online sessions.
You can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment where curiosity is encouraged, and compassion is at the forefront. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process—one that involves mutual trust and respect.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can move at your own pace, explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and feel empowered to make new choices. Building a relationship based on mutual trust is central to my work, helping you gain confidence and trust in yourself as you navigate your personal journey.
My personal life journey and development as a psychotherapist are rooted in my experience and understanding of the world and the self within it. I am lucky to have assimilated a rich tapestry of international experience, having lived in many countries and being multilingual. This has deepened my understanding of diverse cultures, and the unique challenges that come with integrating new values into one’s identity. It also allows me to approach therapy with openness and sensitivity to the intricacies of intersectionality and personal growth.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
