I am a psychotherapist working in Holborn, central London. I offer sessions either online, on the phone or in person at Museum Street, Holborn. My approach is existential, but I trained for three years in integrative psychotherapy which means I can draw on psychodynamic, humanistic or other modalities depending on your needs in the present moment.
Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy, whether you are in emotional distress or crisis, or you want to live life more fully and to explore your ways of relating to the world, my aim is to help you make sense of the difficulties you face and to look at the possibilities and choices available to you.
The first step is to arrange an initial session, either online or in person, for us to see whether we would work well together. We would then agree on a way forward, whether that's a fixed number of sessions or working on a more open-ended basis.
I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and ages from 18 to 80, with many different presenting issues in settings including London Metropolitan University Counselling Service and a community counselling centre.
My training was at Regent's University London, where I completed an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy. I have a lifelong love of music, and a special interest in performance anxiety.
