I am an integrative psychotherapist, combining a range of evidence-based psychological and psychotherapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, person-centred therapy, developmental and attachment theory, body-mind integration, interpersonal (relational) therapy, trauma therapy, and EMDR. I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
I am passionate about diversity and committed to providing an LGBTQ+ inclusive space where all individuals feel safe, respected, and supported.
I have a rich and diverse cultural and professional background. Born to a Hungarian father and a Slovakian mother, I grew up immersed in two cultures and countries—an experience that has profoundly shaped my identity and perspective.
My career began in translation and interpretation services, where I successfully ran my own business abroad, working across multiple sectors with global corporations, as well as national and local governments and organizations.
In 2006, I moved to the UK and spent a decade in London working in HR within the financial services sector. During this time, I retrained as a psychotherapist, gaining experience in various mental health services and charities, private healthcare, Occupational Health, and private practice.
My broad corporate, professional, and personal experiences deeply enrich my clinical work, enabling me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and tailor my approach to their unique needs.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
