Psychosynthesis is an integrative and transpersonal psychological approach, particularly focusing on human potential. It takes into account the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental dimensions in which we exist; facilitates access to wisdom and intuition, fostering healthy self-esteem and a bold sense of self.
We are often stuck with the way we act and see ourselves and our place in the world, we become identified with ideas, and beliefs we grew up with. These concepts are imprinted in our minds and, only when we realise them, can we set ourselves free.
'No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it'. Albert Einstein
In compassionate, empathic and non-judgmental space I will hold, support and guide you on your journey. I am intuitive; kind, gentle yet challenging and straightforward. I encourage you to give yourself a chance and take the first step.
First Steps
After initial contact by e-mail, we will arrange a session as soon as we can. Our first meeting is a time to get to know each other. It is an opportunity to ask questions about the process of counselling and for us to explore what brings you to therapy at this moment.
