I have extensive clinical experience offering psychotherapy to adults across a range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement, trauma and relationship difficulties.
Working together collaboratively, we explore your life and the challenges you are facing. Therapy involves reflecting on the past and how it may influence the present and integrating these to to live a more fulfilling life. Making the first move towards better emotional health can be difficult but is the first step towards the possibility for transformational change and living with greater meaning and purpose.
I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy and counselling face-to-face in North London, NW11, and online, working with clients across the UK and abroad. My consulting room provides a sense of privacy conducive to personal exploration and reflection and in a confidential, non-judgemental space.
I completed my training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist at WPF, one of the UK's leading training and clinical organisations for psychotherapy.
I am currently an honorary psychotherapist at City Pregnancy Counselling and Psychotherapy, a leading charity providing therapy to individuals needing support around pregnancy, fertility loss and related issues.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I had a lengthy career in the City in Financial Services and understand the demands and stresses of working life. Previously I received a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University and a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.
