My Approach

Whether: you are facing a particular struggle; are suffering from anxiety or depression; are feeling distress about the ecological crisis; have been bereaved; have lost a sense of meaning; have a feeling that there is something wrong with you; therapy can help.

I am experienced working with people who are seeking support. I offer a soulful, compassionate space where you can explore whatever difficulties you are currently facing and feel listened to, supported and heard.
I offer an approach that is flexible and creative, drawing on story, myth, art work, dreams, images, archetypes, somatic work and the ‘more than human’. I am interested in life transitions and behaviours that inhibit a capacity to live authentically. Psychotherapy can make a difference to your quality of life and relationships.
I offer a relational, integrative approach that draws on different models and theories such as Jungian ideas, mindfulness, gestalt, archetypal psychology, child development theory, attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic work and eco-psychology. I am interested in the images you bring and will pay attention to your dreams and the messages held in your body. I will tailor my approach to suit your particular needs.
I work from my home in Painswick, which is within easy reach of Stroud, Cheltenham and Gloucester. I offer some online spaces.

About Me

I am qualified with a Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from Re-Vision, a training organisation that specialises in offering counselling and psychotherapy services with a soulful perspective.
I am a member of the UKCP and follow their code of ethical guidelines. I have regular supervision.
I recognise the distress and wounds caused by living in a culture that has become disconnected creating crises racially, ecologically, socially and in emotional well being.
Re-connecting to feelings, attending to emotional wounds, recognising and attending to feelings held in the body can enable richer connections and more authenticity.
