My Approach

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, and I employ various psychodynamic techniques, including specialised psychodynamic therapy for personality disorder, such as Mentalization Based Treatment and Transference Focused Psychotherapy. I work with individuals and with groups. I have particular interest in organisational consultancy, and I offer psychodynamic supervision to therapists, as well as work-place supervision to various healthcare professionals.

I am Consultant Medical Psychotherapist and Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist. I am currently working in NHS setting, however I take on patients for private psychotherapy, as well as I offer supervision.
