My Approach

Sessions are responsive to what is happening for you in the moment and can include working with our imaginations, body experiences, relationships and world experiences - including the impact of your social context on you - through talking, movement and other creative activities,
During sessions we try things out, bringing awareness to your experiences - this can lead to changing and learning new patterns. In particular, we will pay attention to disturbances and find out how these experiences hold the key to discovering new ways of being in the world.
Committing to your own development and working together in a therapeutic relationship can lead to lasting change.

About Me

Hi, I’m El, a psychotherapist and facilitator.
I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever is happening in your life and support you to face difficult circumstances, feelings and relationships, by finding new perspectives and developing inner and outer resources.
I live in Cardiff in Wales and work as a psychotherapist and facilitator working with adults: individuals, couples and groups; both online and in person.
