UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
I work within an integrative, relational model which is based on 10 years of psychotherapy training and engaging in my own personal therapy. An 'integrative' approach means I draw on different ideas and theories to help people, as every individual is unique. Most importantly I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is central, enabling you to get to know yourself better, develop awareness and have more choices to live a fuller and authentic life. I value collaboration and transparency in my work with you, talking openly about how we are working together and reviewing as we go along.
I am a Counselling Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have worked for the NHS offering support to clients for the past 18 years and in a private capacity since 2015. I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP) and the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and abide by their codes of ethics.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
