My Approach

My approach is informed by my Systemic Psychotherapy training, however I am adaptive to the needs of each individual's, couple's or family's needs and the issues they bring, and so work in flexible and responsive ways. Therapy sessions with me is person centred and will help you to connect to yourself and each other, express how you feel, and explore how your contexts and relationships affect your life and wellbeing in circular ways.

Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and families. I have experience of working with many issues, however currently I work in child and adolescent mental health services, in particular with those suffering eating disorders, depression, anxiety and a host of other mental health difficulties.
