About Me

I am well experienced psychologist and psychotherapist with significant experience working with variety of of problems , helping people to get better and develop a new approach towards themselves, world, and others; work towards happiness and peace within themselves ; overcome limitations such as anxiety , fear and depression, working through loss and trauma. Through many years of study, training and professional experience I have integrated a range of techniques and approaches and as such am able to provide one-to-one interventions to suit individual needs.
