My Approach

Having qualified with a diploma in humanistic and integrative counselling from The Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), my work is grounded in the belief that you are an expert on your own life, and that you have within you the capacity to move towards positive growth. The Integrative element of my training means that though I have a person-centred backbone to my way of working, I can also draw on a range of approaches to suit your needs. We may look at early life and past experiences, and how they continue to impact you and your ways of being, or we may draw on creative, body or nature focused approaches, mindfulness or breath work. I have a particular interest in how the younger parts of ourselves can show up in our lives, and how counselling can help these parts to be heard.

As an integrative counsellor, I like the way that I can be dynamic and flexible in my approach. For me, counselling is about sensitively responding to what you bring and working in a way that feels most helpful for you in your movement towards living life from your true and full self. My practice is neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed and you can expect me to be warm, honest, sensitive and gently challenging in the counselling relationship as we explore what has brought you to counselling together.

About Me

Hi, I’m Daisy.

I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor working from The Therapy Space in central Bath as well as from A Little Space... shepherd hut between Bath and Frome. I have always had a deep curiosity in what it is to be human, and a real belief in the possibility of growth.

This curiosity and passion has taken me on a journey of many directions over the years, working in creative, education and youth industries before ultimately training to be the integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor I am today.

I am passionate about authenticity and finding ways to support myself and others to live life from our full and true selves. I work with all age ranges and have particular experience with working with young adults.
