About Me

I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, committed to providing a safe, supportive space for adults hoping to improve their emotional wellbeing, relationships and focus on personal development. I work integratively, informed by various theories and techniques including Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Behavioural.

Training, qualifications & experience:

I have experience in long and short term psychotherapeutic counselling, in charitable and private settings. ​I work inclusively with clients from diverse backgrounds, navigating varied challenges and circumstances, and I believe in treating everyone as the unique individual they are.

Based in Norwich city centre, I offer face-to-face and online sessions (UK-wide) to individuals aged 18 and over. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, relationship difficulties, stress, trauma, anxiety, bereavement, loss, disordered eating, self harm, fertility, menopause, diagnoses, addiction, identity, low self-esteem, loneliness, and more.
