My approach is a calm, collaborative one, creating a space for you to feel safe, to be really listened to and be yourself, so that we can explore in depth what is troubling or distressing you, and work together towards your desired outcomes. As an integrative therapist, I’m able to draw on many psychological ideas and perspectives, always placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work together.
My background is quite varied and includes teaching, training managers, leadership development, and coaching both individuals and groups. I have a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy from Metanoia and have my own practice as a psychotherapist in south-west London.
In addition to individual therapy, I am very interested in the benefits of group work and have recently co-facilitated women’s groups on trauma. I am also a practice supervisor at Roehampton University where I work with groups of therapists-in-training.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
