UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
With the aim of reducing your pain and anxiety, talking about what you are experiencing can help to restore your sense of wellbeing.
As a therapist, I provide a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space where you can talk openly about your feelings and where together we can explore ways to find better understanding and wellbeing. I use a number of recognised approaches tailored to suit your preference or individual needs.
I work with adults (over 18 years of age) who have experienced issues including stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, self-harm, abuse, neglect, shame, grief, anger and relationship difficulties.
I am an integrative psychotherapist with over a decade's experience in working with people with a range of issues.
Being an integrative therapist means I draw on different theoretical models into the way I work with you, which include psychodynamic, transpersonal, neuroscience and creative approaches helping us think together about your experiences. As a trauma informed practitioner I work with awareness of trauma and its impact on the body.
With a background as a communications consultant, I have worked in high pressure environments and understand the real-life challenges of the workplace which can trigger anxiety, depression and addictive behaviours. With an understanding of the professional world I can support you with your career challenges and development.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
