I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space in which you can be deeply listened to and understood, as you explore whatever you wish to bring to therapy. We will work together at the pace that is right for you, to bring kind and attuned awareness to the feelings and patterns of behaviour that are troubling you, and develop an understanding of how they arose . This growing self-awareness and self-acceptance can bring a greater sense of freedom from constraining emotional habits and behavioural patterns that no longer serve you, and help to restore an inherent sense of wellbeing. Choosing the right therapist is important, and I offer a free initial meeting for up to 30 minutes on Zoom, with no obligation. This provides an opportunity for us to get a sense of how it might be to work together, and whether that feels like a good fit. Subsequent weekly one-hour sessions can be in-person, or on Zoom (or a combination), depending on what suits you. To get in touch, please contact me by email or text and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
I am a Mindfulness-based therapist based in Manchester, offering both in-person and online therapy, for both long-term and shorter-term work. I have an MA in Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute and have been working with clients since 2019. I am passionate about the potential for personal healing, growth and self-discovery that therapy can enable. I have monthly supervision.
