UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
As an existential psychotherapist, my approach is relational and collaborative. I have additionally trained in other modalities and draw upon integrative, mindfulness and cognitive approaches in my work.
I am an experienced psychotherapist, having worked in both private and public sectors for 14 years. I have a wealth of experience in supporting individuals through a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. These may include feelings of anxiety, low mood, grief, sadness and overwhelm. I also support those who may be struggling with parenting, relationships, postnatal difficulties, life transition, caring responsibilities, lack of confidence, physical health concerns and work issues.
As an existential therapist, I adopt a relational approach to practice which puts your needs at the very heart of the work. I practice from a non-judgemental perspective, viewing difficulties as life’s challenges, rather than disorders. Together we can look at the choices and possibilities arising from your current situation - and work towards understanding your options and what you might like from life.
I welcome students who are training to be psychotherapists and offer concessionary rates.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
