I have worked in multiple roles supporting people with their emotional well-being for 15 years, working as a counsellor in private practice since 2016. I offer both brief and focal (short term) and long term therapy. Particular areas of interest and experience include but are not exclusive to: ASD/Autism, teens/adolescence, yoga/mindfulness, outdoor therapy (walking and talking).
I have experience working with trainee therapists.
