My approach is relational, focusing on how the (embodied) experiences of both the client and therapist interact and shape our shared therapeutic journey. I aim to help clients develop greater awareness of their internal world, expanding their capacity for choice and meaningful change.
I am an integrative psychotherapist with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of issues, including trauma, stress, anxiety, low mood, identity and self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship and intimacy challenges, loss, racial and multicultural experiences, physical health conditions, and pregnancy-related matters, including pregnancy loss—issues that are deeply woven into the fabric of the human experience.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
