Each of us will experience life crises at some point which bring havoc and confusion. I believe that these painful transitions are potentially times of growth. They can bestow wisdom and knowledge if we allow them to.
I offer a confidential, supportive and non-judgmental space where we can look at what is troubling you. I work in an integrative way, which means I draw on different theoretical approaches, depending on your needs. I pay particular attention to the relationship between us. I sometimes use visualization, imagination, dreams, and 'chair work', to explore deeper unconscious processes. I offer insights into how childhood experiences may have affected you, but equally, I offer a soul perspective, which views pain and suffering as a meaningful part of our journey towards understanding, wisdom and self-knowledge.
Our intimate relationships touch us in our most vulnerable places, which is why they can become so difficult. Ironically, it is because of this, that they hold such possibilities for growth. They offer us a unique opportunity to learn about ourselves – our early wounds, our family and ancestral patterns - and how these are being replayed.
Through authentic communication, we can learn to use our relationship difficulties as opportunities for growth.
I am an experienced counsellor and therapist, with over 13 years in private practice, now working primarily with couples.
My practice is in Hackney, midway between Stoke Newington and Clapton, and just a 10 minute walk from Church Street. I also work on line so location is not an issue.
My website is the best place to find out more about me

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
