I am an existential psychotherapist based in London. I see each person’s own experience as unique and strive to help clients unlock the skills and resources they have within themselves to face the inevitable difficulties of life. As an existential psychotherapist I have a deep interest in how we create meaning in our lives and understand that this is often unclear. I approach my clients with care, openness and empathy in order to support their specific needs and to help explore these in an increasingly unsettling world. When appropriate, I integrate other approaches in the therapeutic process, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and integrative somatic trauma approaches.
I have worked with clients experiencing many different issues, including anxiety, depression, development trauma, low self-esteem, chronic pain or illness, relationship issues or a sense of being stuck in life.
I offer therapy sessions in both English and French. My fee is £75 for a 50-minute session.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
