UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and at different stages of their lives who present a wide range of emotional difficulties.
We can explore experiences from both past and present, in a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space to observe how they may inform the motivations behind behaviours that frustrate our lives.
Making these links can be difficult and painful. I aim to facilitate an environment of respect and collaboration offering the freedom to explore and understand the impact traumatic events have.
I have worked with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, destructive behaviour, disordered eating, addiction, identity, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, neglect and loss.
I offer a free 20 minute telephone enquiry, where we can establish if we are suited to work together.
Sessions are 50 mins on a weekly basis. I offer open-ended or short term therapy, in person or online, where appropriate.
Therapy can become a useful tool in a person’s life offering a secure base to progress and grow from.
