In my experience, people can restore their connection to self and others through a safe therapeutic relationship in which they can begin to find renewed trust in themselves and in others, allowing them to make informed decisions and life choices and begin to live life in a way that is more satisfying and meaningful.
As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I draw on a range of different psychotherapeutic models, to find the right way of working with you in each given moment. I also use a range of different art forms and know that, if you choose to, we can explore further into your feelings and emotions in a creative way.

I fully recognise and value the human need for connection to self and others. Many people who are struggling to find meaning in life can feel disconnected from themselves and others. This can negatively impact their ability to form meaningful relationships and attain personal goals.
