As a Systemic Family Psychotherapist and Systemic Supervisor, I draw upon different models, including attachment-narrative, emotion focused, structural and solution focused approaches.
I have worked therapeutically with young people and their families for over 16 years, including working as a Family/Systemic Psychotherapist in Croydon CAMHS (SLAM) for over 4.5 years, and before this I worked as a Mental health nurse on Mildred Creak Unit (GOSH) for over 5 years. I completed the Advanced Diploma in the Supervision of Family and Systemic Psychotherapy in 2021 and have experience of supervising systemic family therapists and trainees in a Family Therapy clinic.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
