My Approach

In our work together, we will focus on helping you feel more internally integrated and less divided within yourself, so you can manage your difficulties with more ease and peace of mind.

Rather than criticising or suppressing parts of you that feel anxious, perfectionistic, or people-pleasing, we approach them with curiosity and compassion. As these patterns are understood, they often begin to soften.

Clients frequently describe:

- feeling more grounded and less overwhelmed
- gaining clarity around boundaries and relationships
- responding more consciously rather than reacting
- developing greater self-trust and emotional steadiness
- feeling more aligned with their values and sense of self

My approach is grounded in psychosynthesis psychotherapy, which views you as a whole person, including your strengths, vulnerabilities, values, and potential.

Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and paced carefully to support a sense of safety and trust. We attend to present-day challenges while exploring the deeper experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

My practice is welcoming and affirming of LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD), and those in non-traditional relationship structures. I work in a respectful, inclusive, and non-pathologising way.

About Me

I work with adults navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, high sensitivity, ADHD and neurodivergence, relationship and attachment patterns, grief, life transitions, and identity shifts. Many of the people I support are emotionally aware individuals who want more than symptom management: they want deeper understanding and lasting change.

You might be someone who appears capable and composed on the outside, yet internally feels anxious, self-critical, or emotionally overwhelmed. You may be sensitive, reflective, and deeply thoughtful, yet unsure how to feel more steady or confident within yourself.

Perhaps you notice repeating patterns: overthinking, overgiving, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs while your own quietly go unmet. You may be going through overwhelming changes, at work or in your personal life, that you find yourself unable to cope with on your own.
