Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I have a background in education and supporting families to navigate the complex challenges which parenting can bring, Whatever our age, how we attached to our primary care givers as children can have a profound effect on how we are in relationship. I have a special interest in this area and have completed extensive training in it over a number of years.
Using my integrative training I employ a wide range of techniques such as psychoeducation and creativity to support those who are experiencing or supporting those experiencing mental health issues, where my lived experienced enables me to offer hope and empathy.
