I am trained to help you express your inner thoughts and feelings and explore what comes up when it does and why that might be. I listen and provide a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to feel heard and understood.
I have undergone a long, intensive and supervised training and may be able to better assist if issues are deep rooted.
