About Me

I have over 10 years talking therapy experience working for; Westminister Mind, Fresh Start, The Caravan, NHS SLAM and developing my private practice Feel Supported. I practice in an integrative way drawing on Person Centred, Psycho-Dynamic, Transactional Analysis, CBT and Transpersonal conceptual models. I find that the therapeutic relationship acts as a container to explore aspects of your subjective world that you may struggle with and find that existing coping strategies are no longer working. The service works with you to uncover intrinsic resources to support change and healing.

My work experience ranges from working in retail, corporate finance and social care. Having this varied work experience allows me to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have received awards for my outstanding community contributions and this has been motivated by an innate approach to meeting and treating individuals in a compassionate and respectful way.

I formed the Feel Supported counselling service to create a safe and supportive space for people to receive professional help to initiate a transformation in their lives. You no longer need to feel alone and isolated with your problems, come and Feel Supported.

Fees are worked out using a sliding scale based on salary and location.
