I work with individuals and couples.
My aim is to support you (individual and couple) on your journey to making meaningful and positive changes so that you can have the ability to engage with life and others in the way you wish.
Therapy sessions with me will help you to understand yourself better and express how you feel. Together we will challenge unhelpful beliefs and bring attention to any unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.
I have experience helping people manage a variety of issues and among them depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse, relationship issues, bereavement and cancer. I worked with Cruse in Oxford, Centre 70 in West Norwood and Dimbleby Cancer Centre at Guy’s hospital in London.
At present I work at St.Christopher's hospice in Sydenham with patients and carers (individuals and couples).
I am a certified psychotherapist with MSc from Metanoia Institute, one of the leading centres for psychotherapy training in the UK. I have also previously trained in Existential therapy. For many years I also worked in humanitarian aid sector and I travelled and lived in many different countries in Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia.
I welcome people from all backgrounds in my practice. Do get in touch if you have any questions and we can have an initial free call to discuss your situation.
