I work with creative processes and the arts in all my work, using both verbal and non-verbal approaches.
With my interest in Trauma recovery, I give a special attention to the body, in both its memory and resilience, informed by Somatic approaches, neuroscience, my training with Babette Rothschild in 2011 and other trainings in the field of trauma healing.
Integrative Psychotherapy embraces major theoretical and experiential approaches to suit the individual client's need.
The richness of integrating so many schools of thought, while 'playing' with a wide range of arts, allows me to remain open to what each client will bring, independent from any one method, knowing that within each life lies an immense potential that is waiting for the right conditions to unfold.
Children have feelings that often cannot put into words: using the arts and playing gives them access to imaginative ways of expressing their feelings and needs.
I provide a warm, confidential and safe space to express, explore and become aware of one's dynamics in life.

My MA is from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE) and I subsequently trained as an Integrative Supervisor at the Minster Centre, London.
I have facilitated Group Supervision at Terapia and I have been a member of their examiners' Panel assessing the students' final Viva.
From 2016 to 2021 I offered an annual Trauma Awareness Training weekend at Terapia for the students of Module 4.
I have recently trained in Clay Field therapy and Bilateral Drawings through the Institute for Sensorimotor Art Therapy and I am passionate how these non-verbal modality can repair pre-verbal and pre-natal and trauma whilst supporting positive changes.
I work from the first floor of COVO (COnnecting VOices), where I have created the "Arts & Therapy Sanctuary", near Queen's Road Peckham where I see clients in 1:1 psychotherapy, I offer parent-child work and I supervise practitioners working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Since the covid emergency, I offer online sessions, additional to face-to-face work.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
