My Approach

I combine the rigour and discipline of traditional theory with a collaborative and human approach. I draw on a mix of analytical psychodynamic theory with neurobiological and trauma informed models. You will find working with me you will work at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment. Most clients I work with are sometimes in a place of crisis and even knowing you have an anchoring safe space once a week in itself can be extremely powerful. About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist working in London, Hertfordshire and internationally. My modalities are a blend of traditional and more current day thinking spanning psychodynamic, humanistic and trauma informed approaches. I work with professionals who need a space to help navigate the challenges of day to day life. This may include current situational difficulties such as work or relationships or maybe something that is a long standing issue which maybe routed in early trauma related experiences. I have a human and approachable style and with a background in the commercial world of Law and advertising I am able to understand and support those who are having to juggle the balance of the personal and the work place. Recently I have been working with many people who find themselves in this world of online dating and offer specific support for those who need a space to develop resilience and the ability to make informed decisions as it can feel overwhelming and defeating. Clients working with me have made significant changes in their lives not only to stop the suffering of anxiety and depression but to make brave decisions about their relationships or their careers.
