My Approach

I see therapy as a process that supports us to deepen awareness around who we are and our ways of being in the world. Therapy creates space to work through difficult experiences, thoughts and feelings, which in turn can ignite deep healing and personal growth.

I integrate humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential ways of thinking into my practice, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

My approach is grounded in acceptance, sensitivity, and respect. I believe you hold the answers - my role is to help you tap into your own internal wisdom.

About Me

I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults online.

My career history includes work with various counselling charities and mental health supported housing. Prior to working as a therapist, I spent almost two decades in Human Resources, gaining extensive experience coaching people to achieve their goals. I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Gestalt Psychotherapy. I am currently training in psychedelic assisted therapy with the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy.
