I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and trained at the Metanoia Institute where I gained an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.
I have been working with clients since 2006 and have a private practise in Islington, EC1V 1LJ.
In addition I am a trained bereavement counsellor and have over ten years in this field. This has included working with people who have experienced traumatic bereavements such as suicide or sudden death.
Counselling or psychotherapy can help with a range of concerns including anxiety, anger management, life transitions, depression, stress, low self esteem, suicidal thoughts, loneliness, relationship issues, traumatic experiences, work issues, feeling stuck, health related issues and many more.
If you are interested in finding out more please contact me to arrange an initial assessment session. This will give us the opportunity to explore what you want to gain from therapy and to discuss a way forward. If you wish to proceed we would normally meet weekly for 50 minute sessions and regularly review our progress to ensure your needs are being met.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
