Are you finding life challenging or feeling overwhelmed? Perhaps you’re experiencing sadness, anxiety, loneliness, or feeling stuck. You are not alone, and choosing the right therapist is a crucial step in your journey.
I create a safe and supportive environment to help you explore how you make sense of the world, respecting your perspective whilst also experimenting with new ways of thinking and being. Together, we will work to understand the patterns that have shaped your life and explore ways to help you live more fully.
I believe in empowering you and meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. My aim as a therapist is to raise your awareness of your personal patterns of relating to yourself, others, and the world. I hope reading a bit about my approach will help you in finding the right support for your needs.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. I invite you to arrange a free 15-minute call to determine if I am the right therapist for you. If you decide to book sessions, the cost is £50 per session. I also offer some concessionary places, so please inquire for more information.
I am a relational integrative psychotherapist working with adults in both private practice and through IAPT, offering a range of talking therapies. I have 15 years of experience in educational settings, where I supported student well-being and mental health.
I hold an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Newman University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in various therapeutic approaches. My practice is grounded in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients, allowing them to explore their feelings and experiences at their own pace.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
