My Approach
I build an integrated approach which is tailored to meet the unique requirements of each individual client or, couple. I work relationally and bring myself into the work. Although the work is predominantly talking based, I always incorporate the body as a way of accessing deeply held emotions.
About Me
I am a psychpotherapist with, an established practice working with individual adults and couples. I graduated with a Diploma in Counselling from the Minster Centre in 2016 and subsequently gained an MA in Psychotherapy from the Minster Centre in 2019. I also offer group sessions.
I have experience working in the NHS with people with severe psychiatric presentations, and with running therapeutic groups. I have also worked for the Minster Centre's Low-Cost Therapy Service.
