My Approach

We cannot always get by without the help of others. There will come a time in each of our lives when we will lose our way, and when that time comes, we will need the guiding voice of another to help us find our way back. Gently, I hope to provide you with that voice.
I understand that it can be a delicate process before you are able to entrust your story to a stranger, but through warmth, trust and a little laughter, we will work together to cultivate the space wherein your innermost feelings can surface to be seen.
At your pace, we will explore whatever you may bring to our space; big or small, there is meaning or a question for us to uncover. Whether there are specific issues you wish to resolve or sense of lack that needs addressing, we will explore every dimension of your being (physical, emotional, social and spiritual) with the aim of uncovering the obstacles preventing you from living a fuller life, and in finding those obstacles, find the opportunities to overcome them and bring you towards an enriched and more meaningful life.

First and foremost, I want to emphasise that helping others is an endeavour to which I feel morally dutybound. I hope that you will feel my sincerity in our work together and see that—beyond being a professional—I am truly there for my clients.

About Me

I’m an existentially trained integrative psychotherapist and counselling psychologist with rich academic, professional, and life experience. I work with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, eating disorders, fertility challenges, health issues, cancer, dementia, and trauma. I am also an EMDR therapist and offer EMDR therapy where suitable.
Finally, I specialise in working with terminally ill patients and their families. My doctoral thesis was fully dedicated to the experience of death and dying. I cooperate with multiple hospices as well as grief and bereavement charities, where I work with the most complex cases.

  • Companies
  • Couples
  • Families

  • Individuals
  • Private healthcare referrals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I have supported the bereaved for over a decade now, dividing my time between my private practice, a local hospice and a Bereavement Support charity organisation.
I offer EMDR therapy when clinically relevant to my clients. I have been trained by EMDR Academy and EMDR Europe Accredited Trainers in 2025.
Health Psychology is close to my heart and I appreciate the impact of physical health on mental health and vice versa. I help my clients to look at their conditions holistically and explore their relationship with their own bodies.
I work with people with suicidal ideation and their families since 2020. I know what is it like to live fearing suicide of a close person, and I know what it is like to live in the aftermath of suicide.
I work therapeutically with terminally ill patients and their families in my private practice and in two local hospices. It is an honour and a special privilege to be with my clients in the most challenging times of their lives, where truth, authenticity and real connections matter more than anything else.
