My Approach

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, with an approach that is tailored to each person's unique needs and circumstances. I am fully qualified in psychosynthesis, which incorporates mind, body and spirit.

At the moment I am only working online but hope to also resume in-person counselling in the near future.

About Me

I have been practising as a psychotherapist for over five years, both in private practice and also as an honorary counsellor in a GP practice. I am a member of the Counselling Service at The Psychosynthesist Trust and also work with trainees On a personal level I bring to my practice warmth, depth and rich life experience. I work with individuals and couples.

Professionally I worked for many years as a management consultant, helping both private and public sector organisations with leadership development and communication. I love writing and the arts and believe they can play a helpful role in therapy.
