My practice is Core Process Psychotherapy, a mindfulness based approach that slowly helps you to get in touch with your body. By exploring your body sensations you will learn to process feelings in your body instead of going in circles in your head.
I am Ana Corral. I started my spiritual journey years ago when I was experiencing difficulties in life that left me feeling lost and without any sense of direction. At that time, I found my spiritual path, the Naqshbandi Sufi lineage, and my spiritual teacher Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee. This path, in combination with therapy, helped me to reconnect with myself.
After that period, I decided to train as a psychotherapist to help others. I chose to train in Core Process Psychotherapy because I see psychotherapy as a spiritual journey, and I liked its psycho-spiritual and embodied approach.
I am a fully accredited psychotherapist by UKCP and ACPP , and all my work is supervised according to professional and ethical requirements.
In addition to online and in-person sessions, I also offer wild therapy, bringing the sessions outside when it feels appropriate in different wild areas depending on the client's location.
I can offer therapy sessions in both English and Spanish.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
