As a Body Psychotherapist I am conscious of the connections between our emotions and the way they're expressed or held in our bodies, and how helpful it can be to notice them and bring them into our work together.
I see people who might be struggling with immediate issues or who are concerned about something that has been under the surface for a long time. I also see people who are just not happy with the way their life is going and who want to make changes that help them live in a more satisfying way.
I work with individual adults, for long-term or short-term therapy, in person, online or by phone.
