Thinking about accessing counselling yourself or for information to pass onto a family member is the first step to managing anxiety and your wellbeing. Seeking help, outside your circle of family and friends, takes courage. I hope this information I have provided below will enable you to make an informed choice about what support would be useful for you.
I have experience of working with a wide range of difficulties that affect people personally. I focus initially on learning coping strategies for symptoms of anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions/disorders. I then work collaboratively with you to help you achieve what you want to from therapy.
I am a qualified relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist (CTA) and Clinical Supervisor with experience working both in private practice and within organisations. My counselling practice is based in the Bournemouth area.
I offer individual therapy sessions as well as running workshops for specific groups on managing mental health issues. I work with organisations to offer supervision, trauma training and to help manage significant people change.
My fees are: £70 per individual therapy or supervisory session, workshop/training prices on request. I offer limited concessionary rates in certain circumstances.
If you are interested in meeting with me to discuss your counselling needs further please get in touch, I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
