We are all unique and this means that different styles of therapy will work for different people. My approach is an Integrative one. This means that I do not subscribe to a single idea or theory about what can help you. I am able to draw on a range of psychological theories as well as my own life experience. I also believe that a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship can help you develop a more in-depth knowledge of yourself, see how your past may be playing out in the present, and help you to make positive changes.
I am an experienced and accredited psychotherapist with a private practice in Ealing, west London. I offer long & short-term, face-to-face & online therapy and have experience of helping people with a range of issues including anxiety, bereavement, depression, illness, life transitions, loneliness and relationship issues.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
