My Approach

I am accredited gestalt therapist (since 2006), family and couples therapist working in Russian, Ukraine and English.
I offer individual gestalt therapy on issues of attachment and abandonment, anxiety and depression, relations with children, partners, parents. I work with difficulties of emigration and adaptation in new culture, self-actualisation, personal crisis and professional growth.
I enjoy working with couples in gestalt approach and family counselling in systemic approach. I also work as a supervisor for gestalt therapists.
I mostly work online on long-term weekly basis.

About Me

As experienced gestalt therapist and trained psychologist I have more than 650 hours of supervised practice with individuals and couples in total. I was born in Ukraine where I got my first professional degree, which was Master of science in Psychology in 2003. In 2002 I started working as a psychologist at school and was interested in different practical approaches in psychotherapy and group psychotherapy, that resulted that I become a certified gestalt councillor in 2006.
From 2004 to 2009 I work mostly in corporate business and made a career from training manager to HR-director. Knowledge of gestalt therapy, holistic approach to individuals and organisations, humanistic values supported me throughout the years of working for businesses. I also was interested in gestalt approach for working with organisations.
Starting 2009 I worked as organisational consultant and coach. In 2011 I moved from Ukraine to Russia, Moscow, and married in 2013. To support my professional development as an HR manager I applied for a program “Master of Science in «Human resource management»”, in Kingston University, London. I graduated it in 2013 with commendation. I continued to work in Ukraine as organisational consultant for family businesses, independent board of directors secretary and non-executive HR-manager.
In 2014 I started my private practice as gestalt therapist and decided to specialise in couples therapy. Since then I work with couples and individuals face-to-face and online on issues of relationships, conflicts and separations, attachment and abandonment, stress and anxiety, depression, affairs and divorces. Also I work with English-speaking cross-cultural and same-sex couples in co-therapy with my colleague.
I offer support for moms on maternity leave with different needs – to adjust to parental role, to be back to job, to deal with special educational need of the divergent child, adopted child, etc. My further trainings supported chosen specialisation (dealing with depression and anxiety experience, trauma, family integrative therapy, couples therapy, group therapy). I finished advanced program for gestalt therapist and supervisors in 2022. I conduct support groups for beginning therapists and provide supervision to gestalt therapists.
In February 2023 I moved to London and continue to work here online.
