I work integratively, drawing on Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Existential perspectives, but my core is Transpersonal. This means we look at the 'whole' person—moving beyond symptoms to find meaning. In our sessions, we might use traditional talking therapy alongside dream work, creative visualisation, or sandtray work to explore the patterns that run beneath the surface of your daily life.
I am a UKCP-accredited Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist. I provide a fearless, grounded space for those navigating life’s most complex transitions, including suicide loss, parental estrangement, and millennial burnout.
My approach is warm and clinically rigorous. Having spent 20 years in the creative industries before qualifying, I bring a wealth of real-world experience to the therapeutic relationship. I specialise in working with 'the heavy stuff'—those life-altering experiences that require a steady, soulful, and creative container to process.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
