UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
My integrative counselling training allows me to work with the support of different theoretical approaches, which means that I practice in an attuned, responsive and creative way, recognising that every client is unique.
Together we can co-create a secure and effective therapeutic relationship in which you can safely explore your life experience, feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the key to change and growth. I will offer you empathy, openness, respect, confidentiality and when helpful, compassionate challenge. I have a BSc (Hons) and Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I am an accredited member of the UKCP and registered with the BACP.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
