As an integrative therapist, I draw on different theories which allow me to adapt to your personal needs and goals. I provide a safe environment where we can explore your thoughts and feelings, your doubts and fears. The way I work is relational, meaning that I work to establish a real person-to-person relationship with my clients. I believe that to be effective, therapy needs to be based on deep, trusting relationship and the focus is on understanding and empathising with the client's experience. When a trusting relationship is established, then growth and meaningful change happen.
I have many years of professional experience working with the NHS, with different low-cost organisations, and privately. I have experience working with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues - personal and professional, with loss and grief, or sexual issues.
I am committed to provide a safe environment where you can feel heard and understood, where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, fears, doubts and goals, and navigate the challenges you face.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic modalities.
I work in English, French and Spanish
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
