Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings, including Nightingale Hospital, where I supported clients with complex mental health needs, and the London Fire Brigade, helping first responders manage the unique stressors of their roles. My experience in the prison system also deepened my understanding of trauma and behaviour, allowing me to help clients with a wide range of life experiences.
