Welcome to The Gestalt Centre. Based in Camden, London, we’re the UK’s foremost dedicated provider of training in Gestalt: an enlightening and life-changing approach to counselling and psychotherapy.

We offer a range of short courses and events from introductory to CPD level and programmes of accredited training in both counselling and psychotherapy.

The Gestalt Centre was established in 1980 to provide psychotherapy training. Since then, we’ve grown to become a highly reputed provider of a broad range of Gestalt-related education. Today, we are based between Camden Town and the redeveloped Kings Cross-St Pancras area in London. Our highly respected range of training includes both UKCP-accredited psychotherapy and BACP-accredited counselling programmes and a variety of courses designed to meet qualified practitioners’ CPD needs

Beyond education, we offer an accessible low-cost scheme to provide access to therapy for those on lower incomes.

We also have 12 comfortably furnished therapy rooms and 4 larger group rooms available to rent from 8.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday with reception service, a waiting area with refreshments and a secure wi-fi network all included.

Courses Offered

• Diploma in Professional Development in Gestalt (level 6, one academic year, part-time)
• MA in Gestalt (level 7, three academic years, part-time. Advanced entry to years two or three available to eligible applicants)
• Psychotherapy Practitioner Diploma (leading to UKCP Registration as both a Gestalt Psychotherapist and a Gestalt Group Psychotherapist)
