Join our Ethics Committee

An exciting opportunity to join the UKCP Ethics Committee.

We are seeking to recruit a number of UKCP registered psychotherapists, psychotherapeutic counsellors and non-therapists with strong interest in and commitment to ethics in psychotherapy. Relevant experience may include contributing to professional working groups, helping draft professional standards or teaching ethics and professionalism.

Ethics Committee Role description and Requirements

We’re aiming to recruit one or more members in higher education and with knowledge and skills in communicating with diverse stakeholders. The committee will meet in person four times a year. Committee members will be expected to contribute to streams of work between meetings. The role is unpaid but expenses for meetings will be covered.
